Do I qualify for a wholesale account?
If you can provide us with a registered company name, website URL or other form of proof regarding how and where you intend to re-sell our products, you will qualify for an account.
US customers, we can accept account applications for farms and agricultural usage, though you may be required to pay tax if seeds are not for resale.
In some circumstances, we may request additional information. Please be informed that we reserve the right to decline any request for a wholesale account.
How can I open an account on your website?
We are keen to work with anyone who is interested in re-selling, distributing or dropshipping the products we sell on our website.
If you wish to open an account with us, please visit our website and complete the application form, click here to apply for a wholesale account today.
We will review and reply to you within 48 hours.
If you have an account but having difficulty logging in, please avoid creating a duplicate account. Instead, contact us and we will re-set your password.
Where can I find your wholesale price list?
Once your account has been approved, you can access our price list and other product information on the Price List or Download Centre pages, the former of which will automatically download a price list Excel sheet for you. Links to these pages can be found on the top menu of our website when you have logged in.
Alternatively, you can view individual product prices by selecting the relevant product type and brand in the drop down menus on our website.
If you have any issues accessing our pricelist, please contact your account manager or customer service.
What methods of payment do you accept?
This will depend on your local warehouse, click here to find out.
What is the safest way to pay?
Bank/Wire Transfer is the safest and most secure way to pay at Tiger One. If you have tried Bank/Wire Transfer and would rather try something else, please take a look at all of our payment methods.
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal as a method of payment. However, we have a number of other payment options for customers. Please refer to the Payment Pages on our support centre for more details.
Can I take product images and descriptions from your website?
You can take any product images or descriptions from our website if you have or are going to have these products supplied by Tiger-One. Please ensure all descriptions are reworked, to ensure unique content. Please visit our Download Centre to find out more.
How do I order your products at wholesale prices?
If you have applied for an account on our web site and your request was approved you will be able to login to our web site and order online.
Can I change my payment method?
You can not manually change your payment method once you have placed an order.
If you need to change your method of payment, you will need to contact us as soon as you can.
How can I change my billing information, VAT number, other account details?
If your billing information, VAT number or any other account details change please notify Tiger One support immediately.
Any changes without notification will not be reflected on subsequent invoices. We accept no retrospective responsibility for these errors and you will need to rectify any tax discrepancies yourself, else we will charge accordingly for any associated changes that require work, carried out by Tiger One accountants.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Unfortunately, we do not have a printed catalogue. However, all the information you need regarding our products is available on our website in the download centre and the Price List.
Am I obliged to follow the recommended retail prices that you sell at?
Suppliers ask us to limit reduced price points and attempts to undercut. We ask customers to respect the RRPs and focus on sales incentives.
I have a problem with my order
Any complaints need to be submitted within 30 days after the receipt of your order or within 45 days of sending the order.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No. We are keen to supply small retailers as well as large. For this reason, we have no minimum order restrictions.
Do I have to pay tax (VAT)?
Please contact us for your local VAT rules. If your billing information, VAT number or any other account details change please notify Tiger one support immediately.
Can I import my order in Excel?
Yes, you can import large orders using a CSV file (SKU and quantity).
Do you have a 'Quick Order' system?
For smaller orders, we recommend that customers click here to use our quick order link.
Simply type in each product‚ name (or SKU) and select the product from the results list. Then enter the quantity required.
Repeat the process for further products and then click 'Add All To Cart'.
