How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What is the status of my order?

If you wish to check the status of one of your orders, you can do so by logging in to your Tiger One account and clicking on the My Orders page at the top of the website.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Shipment confirmation. Depending on the delivery service and postal provider you have selected, you can track your order with your tracking code via your local courier. 

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

For Express Delivery orders we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving funds. For other deliveries we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Please note that additional delays should be expected during national holidays and over 4/20.

How do you package orders?

We take great care to ship orders in a discreet way. All orders from the EU the will be packed and protected with discretion. Orders from outside the EU will receive additional packaging to ensure maximum discretion and security.

Do you include an invoice with my order?

Normally, we send a paper and electronic copy of invoices to customers within the EU. However, if you wish to opt out from either, please contact us so we can mark this on your account. Any customers from outside the EU will receive an electronic invoice only. You will be emailed an invoice by 5pm GMT on the day your order is dispatched.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Use the tracking number sent to you upon order dispatch to track the location of your order. If your order has still not arrived after 30 working days and you are in the EU, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship. Unfortunately, if you are outside the EU, we are unable to re-ship any orders under any circumstances.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
