Do you sell accessories?
Yes, we sell a number of accessories in our UK and EU warehouse from merchandise and clothing to seed storage. All of our accessories can be found here. We do not currently sell accessories to our US and South African customers.
Can I get free merchandise?
Yes, please contact us with your requirements. For any countries outside of EU, we ask you cover 50% of the shipping costs as all promotional items (except seeds), will be shipped via courier.
There is not enough stock of the product I want to buy
If you wish to order a large number of seeds but we do not currently have enough stock, contact us and we can enquire with the breeder with regards to sending us more of the product you require.
A product is out of stock
If you want to purchase a strain that is listed as out of stock, click the ''notify when back in stock' button found on every product page. This will ensure that you will be notified by email when we have the product back in stock. Alternatively, contact us and we can clarify whether a product is temporarily unavailable, discontinued or arriving shortly.
I would like to order a large amount of seeds
We will happily cater for large orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.
What are your most popular strains?
There are two ways in which you can find out our most popular products at Tiger One. Firstly, you can look at our Bestsellers page, which will show you a list of our best selling products. Alternatively, contact us and we can send you a fully updated list of our 100 most popular strains.
Do you send free samples?
Unfortunately, we can not send any free sample of our seeds. However, we always have a number of promotions running that can greatly reduce the cost of an order. These can be found in the Promotions section of our Support Centre.
What are bulk seeds/white label seeds?
Simply put, bulk seeds are unbranded, generic seeds available to buy from Tiger One. These seeds must be re-branded with a different name and must not be sold as imitations of our current strains.
What brands of seeds do you sell?
We have an extensive collection of seed brands that we sell, all of which can be found on our website. We are always looking to expand our selection with quality brands. If there is a brand of seeds that we do not currently stock that you would like to see added to our collection, contact us and we will look to source.
What are testing kits?
Testing kits are not available to US customers. They are a way to find out the purity of a specific drug. Testing kits for a variety of drugs can be found on our website here.
Do you sell vapes?
Only to EU and UK customers, our collection of vaporizers can be shopped here.
