Pink Nova is an indica / sativa hybrid strain that results from a cross between Duckweb IBL and Alien Picasso (Lemon Alien x Pablo Picasso). Pink Nova is easy to grow making it suitable for the novice grower. A notable feature is its webbed, 'duck-foot' type of leaves giving it a degree of stealth when growing outdoors. Both yields and THC content are high as is general pest and disease resistance.

Pink Nova plants grow medium - tall, up to 200cm, and display a hybrid structure. This variety can be grown in all environments as well as a wide range of climate types outdoors, ranging from cool to hot. The only proviso is that it is not amenable to cold and wet conditions late in the flowering stage. Indoors, flowering takes 8 - 9 weeks with high yields in the range 450 - 600gr/m2. Outdoors, harvest in the northern hemisphere is due to be ready in late October while south of the equator the expected harvest month is May. Outdoor yields average between 450 - 750 gr/plant but with a lengthy period of vegetative growth yields can go much higher. 

There are two main phenotypes resulting from Pink Nova. The first is somewhat more sativa-like, sporting pink pistils and with a less dense bud structure. The second phenotype develops a denser bud structure with more eongated colas.

In terms of scent and flavour, phenotype one has zesty lemon and grapefruiton both the nose and palate while the second pheno. has a fruity, berry and dessert-like scent while its flavour iss fruity with notes of Girl Scout Cookies and Skunk. THC content can reach 23% while CBD falls between 0 - 1%. Pheno #1 has an effect that is blissful, uplifting and motivating like a sativa with productive days and relaxing evenings while pheno #2 is relaxing and creative, bringing a sense of happiness and joy.
