These RAW pre-rolled cigarette tips come in packs of 20 tips with 20 packs to each box. They were originally made with medical patients in mind who might have difficulties with dexterity. At first they were all rolled by hand until demand became such that this was no longer feasible and a machine was specially commissioned for the purpose.
