Shark is a cross of Super Skunk and Northern Lights and is 80% indica. Shark produces prodigious quantities of resin and is such a strongly aromatic plant that growers should invest in air-filtering if growing indoors near neighbours as it is extremely noticeable.
Indoors Shark will row to a height of 60 - 130 cm. tall producing between 500 - 600 gr/m2 under 600 watt lights in approximately 8 weeks of flowering. Outdoors fully-grown plants will be up to 200 cm. tall with production up to 1200 gr/plant; northern hemisphere harvests will be during the month of September. Resin coverage is so high that it can easily make the leaves bend under the weight and it is quite likely that the branches will need some form of support.
The flavour of Shark is intensely sweet and has to be experienced to be believed. THC levels are 16% with CBD of 0.8%. The effect is something of a slow creeper rather than a sledgehammer and is an extremely relaxing high.
