With this version it is possible to harvest a full two weeks earlier than usual outdoors which is an advantage for growers in more damp and humid climates where autumn rains can destroy crops with botrytis mould spores proliferating. This earlier finish is imparted by adding in some ruderalis genetics and subsequently selecting for non-auto-flowering traits.
