What shows on my Card statement?
Once your card payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email which will show how the transaction will appear on your statement. In addition to this, you will also be shown when you have completed your order in the shopping basket.
Have you received my Bitcoin payment?
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your Bitcoin payment. Please allow 24 hours for this confirmation email to reach your inbox. If you have not received the email in your inbox or spam folder within the aforementioned time period, please check the status of your order in your account.

What is the safest way to pay?
We recommend Bank/Wire Transfer is the safest and most secure way to pay at Tiger One. If you have tried Bank/Wire Transfer and would rather try something else, please take a look at all of our payment methods.
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal as a method of payment.
Can I change my payment method?
You can not manually change your payment method once you have placed an order. If you need to change your method of payment, you will need to contact us as soon as you can.
