Aloha OG is a hybrid strain bred from parent strains Girl Scout Cookies and Face Off OG. Aloha OG is 70% indica and is very easy to grow, even for beginners. It is a hardy strain that will even thrive outdoors in damp and cool conditions. Growers can anticipate some high yields of purple buds.
Aloha OG grows into medium-sized plants with very big harvests. The foliage is very dense, such that several defoliation passes will be required if air-flow and light penetration are to be maintained. Once flowering is intitiated plants will stretch a further 75% of the height gained during the vegetative growth phase.
Indoor growers will find the range of flowering times fall between 55 - 70 days with very good yields of 550 gr/m2 possible. Employing the SoG technique will help to maximise yields per m2. Outdoors, gardeners will harvest 600 gr/plant or even more. The purple buds really pack on the trichomes in the later stages of flowering.
Both scent and taste are earthy and musky with sweet notes. The effect is cerebral and uplifting at first, becoming more physically relaxing and soothing over time.
