Elev8 Seeds is a two-man breeding operation based out of Seattle, WA. The stated mission of Elev8 Seeds is predicated on the preservation of elite and clone-only cannabis strains, reproducing them in stabilized seed form following many generations of breeding. This is fully realized through meticulous back-crossing and selection from amongst a large gene pool, ensuring the stabilization and optimization of each strain's unique traits to bring superior genetics to market. The focus is very much on the flavor, aroma, and the total experience of the high not merely on yield and THC.

In breeder Matt's own words:

'Some people breed strictly for yield. Others cross strains just because. We research the flavor and the high, we read forums and grow reports. When I have the idea that two strains will complement one another well, I try to locate the strains; I want to breed something I’m excited about and I’ll enjoy smoking.'

The varied selection from Elev8 Seeds includes both feminised and regular cannabis seed strains, and also featuring the high-CBD strain Harlequin, with new strains continually being developed.
