Hindu KushFeminised is derived from an indica landrace strain that was back-crossed in the Netherlands. This is a typical indica plant, short, hardy, high in THC and very easy to grow, even for beginners. Plants are resistant to both hot and cold temperatures as well as mould.
Hindu Kush grows in a Christmas tree shape with a strong central cola surrounded by smaller side-branches. Topping will improve yields as will pruning and/or leaf-tucking to allow the light to penetrate the dense, dark green foliage which will also improve air circulation. Plants stretch very little once in the flowering stage so headroom won't be an issue. The average height is 100 - 120 cm. but this can be increased by simply vegging. for longer.
Indoors, the best yields will come from plants grown in a SoG set-up with each plant in a 10 litre pot. Yields of 400 - 450 gr/m2 in a nine week flowering time are common. Outdoors, this same size pot will result in plants that can produce as much as 500 - 600 gr. each.
The scent is typically Kush - musky, earthy, dank, spicy and sweet. The taste is similarly Kush-like with flavours of musk, sweet hash and earthy with fuel notes. The THC range is between 15 - 20% while CBD is low at between 0.1 - 1%. The effect is very strong and physically relaxing. Best suited to those used to heavy usage and for night-time.
