How long does a Bank/Wire Transfer payment take to process?
Depending on your bank, transfers can take between 1-5 working days to be processed. We recommend talking to your bank about their transfer times, for both national and international estimates. As soon as we receive your transfer, we will send you a confirmation email and process your order.
I have paid by Bank/Wire Transfer but my order hasn't been shipped.
If you have made a Bank/Wire transfer but haven't heard anything from us within 5 working days, please contact us with proof of payment including your order number, name that will appear on our bank statement, date of payment, total amount in Euro, account name and number and we will look into the issue.
How Do I pay by Bank/Wire Transfer?
Bank/Wire Transfer is a safe and simple way of paying for your order with Tiger One. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an order confirmation which will detail all of the information you need to complete your Bank/Wire Transfer. This will include our bank details, which will also be provided to you during the checkout process. If you experience any issues during the payment process please can you contact our customer support team and provide your order number.
