How long does it take to make and process a Bitcoin payment?
Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you a link where you will need to send your Bitcoin.Please complete your Bitcoin transaction within 30 minutes, otherwise the link may expire, your payment may not be processed and you may lose your Bitcoin.
If you have sent your Bitcoin and you can see it's confirming, then we will not cancel your order as our system checks for pending Bitcoin transactions.
Once you have sent your Bitcoin payment, please allow 24 hours for your transaction to be approved. We will send you an email when this happens.

If you have sent your Bitcoin payment and your order status is cancelled, please get in contact with us and one of our support team will be happy to help you. We will need confirmation of the payment. This can be via a screenshot of a link to the transaction on the Blockchain.
