Purple #1 is a 50/50 indica/sativa marijuana strain that was bred in Holland. It resulted from crossing Purple Afghan with various indica and sativa strains during the 1980s. It has been bred and adapted to thrive outdoors in Dutch summers.

Purple #1 grows to reach between 150 - 250 cm. tall and has been specifically bred to reach maturity in less than ideal conditions. As soon as flowering commences the sativa-like leaves and calyxes turn a beautiful dark shade of purple.
