These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our returns terms. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. PAYMENT We accept various payment methods in return for our goods and services, including Bank / Wire Transfer, Bitcoin, Cheque and Debit/Credit Card. When ordering through our online store, payment (and funds clearing in our account) is required in advance of goods being released / shipped. For offline orders via our sales team, we will agree on a case by case basis if pre-payments or credit terms will be accepted in addition to the payment methods listed in the sentence preceding this one. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your business name or address, email address, VAT number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. It is imperative that you contact us immediately in the event that any of your personal information changes. DELIVERY We work with several mail and courier services to deliver our products to our customers from our Spanish and UK distribution centres. We therefore work in accordance with their delivery terms. Please visit our knowledge base for more information. Whichever service you choose, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email once your order is dispatched, with the tracking number if applicable. As we use third party shipping partners, we are unable to accept liability for any goods that are not received by a customer in the event that that courier fails to deliver them due to circumstances outside of our control, or your failure to provide adequate delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to provide an appropriate delivery address and to be present at the address at the time the delivery is due. We are also not liable for goods that are delivered late due to circumstances outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the agreed timescale, and before contacting us, please visit the courier website and enter the tracking code provided with your shipment confirmation to view your delivery status. RETURNS / REFUNDS By law you have 14 days to return an item and receive a refund as long as the item is unopened and undamaged. In this situation we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% vale of the original sale price. We are unable to guarantee seeds as they are sold as a collectable adult genetic preservation souvenir. For vaporizers / non-seed items, a manufacturer’s guarantee may be issued with the item. In the event that a product is damaged or fails within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer, please contact us. COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARKS Tiger One does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them. The copyright in Tiger One and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the Tiger One website is owned by, or licensed to Tiger One. It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Tiger One, all photographs on it and its marketing materials. You may use Tiger One content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Seedsman content for the sole purpose of placing orders. The trademarks of the brands sold on Tiger One belong to their respective owners. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Tiger One does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site.  The fact that third party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favoured or recommended by Tiger One or any employee.

Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your products carefully.  Tiger One is not involved in the manufacture of products and will not advise on their use or operation of the manufacturers’ guidelines.  You are urged to use all products safely and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines.

Returns

Before placing an order, ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. If your order gets returned to our office, we will be happy to re-send it*.

However, if it's not returned, we cannot take responsibility and won't be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.

* If an order is placed with the wrong shipping address, or if delivery instructions are insufficient, or if no one is available at the address during the delivery window, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.

Returns:

If you wish to return purchased goods, contact us first by reaching out to your account manager or emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior consent from Tiger One will be sent back at your expense.

Returned goods must:

Be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Include your name and order number.

Once confirmed, send the items to our postal address. Please use a recorded delivery service, as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend an insured delivery method to avoid issues, but we won't accept extra charges for premium services.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the rare occurrence of receiving damaged or faulty goods*, reach out to us promptly. Provide CLEAR pictures and your order number to your account manager or email us at [email protected] .

We'll cover the postage costs for returning items to us. Please use a recorded delivery service, as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend an insured delivery method to avoid issues, but we won't accept extra charges for premium services.

Replacement goods or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

* We cannot guarantee seeds, as they are sold strictly as collectable adult genetic preservation souvenirs. However, for vaporizers and non-seed items, a manufacturer's guarantee may accompany the product. Should a product be damaged or encounter issues within the manufacturer's warranty period, kindly reach out to us.

Refunds:

We refund the cost of returned goods; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are only refunded for faulty or damaged items.

Refunds are issued by crediting your card, Bank / Wire Transfer, or Cryptocurrency, depending on the original payment method.

Expect refunds within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Promotions

All promotions are subject to stock. At times we may run out of the advertised breeders and strains. In the event that this happens, we shall replace the promotional items with other promotional stock.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

Items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however, we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

Refunds

We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made by crediting your card.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Tiger One makes no promise that the use of Tiger One.com will be uninterrupted or error free.  Our website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis.  In the event of technical errors we will do our best to repair them as quickly as possible.
