L.A. Confidential is 100% indica and was created by crossing OG LA Affie with another strain from Afghanistan. Of the two main pheno-types one is a bit more robust but both structure and effect are very similar.
L.A. Confidential needs to be vegged for a decent amount of time in order to obtain the height and yield that is required as there is little stretch during flowering. This strain consumes nutes like they're going out of fashion so learn to read your plants for signs of deficiencies. Yields are pretty good at between 350 - 450 gr/m2 under 600 watt grow lights with both phenos finishing flowering within an 45 - 56 day period indoors. Outdoors plants will be ready at the end of September or early October at the latest in northern latitudes. Buds are hard, dense and very resinous.
The scent and taste of this strain are distinctive yet indescribable. Describing the effect is much easier - psychedelic and energetic with a potent and also deeply relaxing at the same time. It is therapeutically recommended for pain relief as well as for treating insomnia.
