Gastro Pop S1 is an indica-dominant variety that results from crossing a male and female Gastro Pop #5. Gastro Pop S1 produces medium to high yields of very high-THC buds. This is an easy strain to grow that is even suitable for the complete novice. Further subsequent selection has resulted in a fantastic production of terpenes and associated scents and flavours.

Gastro Pop S1 can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering takes a period of 8 - 9 weeks with yields of 350 - 450 gr/m2. Outdoors in northern latitudes, plants will be ready to harvest during October. Plants will undergo medium to high stretch with internodal distance potentially quite high. The top buds are quite chunky and display a flattened conical shape.

The dried buds exude scents of citrus, grape and kerosene. THC production is very high at 23 - 27% while CBD is low at between 0 - 1%. High levels of THC accompanied by low CBD provides consumers with a highly potent effect.
