Northern Lights OG, (a.k.a. Sour Lights), is a hybrid strain that was created by crossing SBSE (Sour Best Shit Ever) with '89 Northern Lights #5. This is a regular seed strain, with great resistance to mould, that is most suited for indoor grows. Gardeners can expect high yields of potent buds with distinctly sour notes on the palate.

Flowering times indoors come in at around 8 - 10 weeks with yields of 350 - 4500 gr/m2 indoors. Plants can grow to a height in excess of 200cm. so those growing indoors are advised to curtail the vegetative period unless they have plenty of headroom. This is a 'loud' strain so efficient carbon filters are advised. Outdoors yields can be high at between 450 - 750 gr/plant. High resin production makes for good extracts.

The taste of Northern Lights OG offers complex flavours - sour, OG and fuel. THC content is high at between 16 - 24% while CBD, THCV and CBG are all low at less than 1%.
