Pure Kush was selected as a special OG Kush pheno-type that was originally only available as a clone (cutting). It is easy to spot this plant amongst different varieties due to its delightful pink hairs and calyxes which really makes it stand out.

Pure Kush is 70% indica whose many branches are best controlled indoors using SCRoG techniques. In a flowering period of nine weeks it is possible to obtain yields as high as 900^gr/m2. Outdoors it becomes a medium-sized plant with yields of 900 gr/plant by the end of the first week of October in the northern hemisphere.

In 2014 Pure Kush won 3rd Prize in the High Times Cannabis Cup. It has a high level of THC measured at 19.35% with 0.3% CBD and 0.25% CBN. The effect is quite profoundly heavy
