How long will my Check/Money Order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, your check/money order may take up to 14 working days to arrive at our offices. As long as you contact us once your payment has been sent, we will keep your order on-hold until we receive the check/money order. Once your payment has arrived, we will fast track your order and ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.

I have sent my Check/Money Order. What happens next?

Once you have sent your check/money order, it is essential that you contact us and provide details of the payment. This ensures that we are aware your payment is in transit and your order will not be cancelled.

Have you received my Check/Money Order?

We will notify you as soon as we have received your Check or Money Order. We suggest that you send you payment via recorded delivery and contact us to notify our team that your payment was sent. Please include the tracking number of your parcel.
